Applying Filters to Images

  1. Select the image to apply filters. You can select an image on the Canvas by simply clicking it. This in turn will display the resize and rotation handles.
  2. Go to the Adjustments Menu and click on the desired filter*.

Points to Note

  1. The filters like Blur, Sharpen and Emboss takes a while to complete on large images.
  2. The Tint,Multiply and the Blend filters uses the Fill Color as the source.
  3. The Remove White, Brightness, Noise, Pixelate and Blend requires additional inputs from the user.
  4. The application of an Image Filter cannot be undone.
  5. Filters are resource intensive tasks(involves pixel by pixel processing) and hence the tab could go into a "long running state". Do not panic and you still wait for it to complete. A future release will be solely dedicated to improvising the speed of the Image Filters.
